The injured employee was part of a crew unloading a semi-trailer of a 6-foot stack of insulated pipe. After cutting one of the four steel bands, the employee stepped onto a nearby 4x4x4 crate in front of the trailer. The employee lost balance, fell and landed in between the tractor and the trailer. The skid steer was backing up to the slope to get its second load of dirt when the truck driver's right arm was caught between the back of the skid steer and the back of the truck.
